Introduction:
 
HTW-AS-33  differential pressure switches can sense the pressure difference , vacuum, over pressure, poor flow of the incorrosive gas.
Conventional applications include :
+ Monitoring Filters blocked Alarm Device
+ Monitoring air blower running status.
+ Monitoring air of ventilative pipelines
+ Controlling the largest gas flow of variable gas volume
+ Monitoring the gas of combustion furnace.

Installation:
Location: select a location where vibrations are minimal .Ambient temperature should be within the range of -15 / +60.The production calibration of the SA101 is made at room temperature ; mounting locations close to room temperatures are preferred . In systems with high humidity where condensation is possible, thus the entrance should point downwards.
 
Pressure connection and wiring:
Pressure connections are marked with P1⊕&P2Θ,incorrect connections are forbidden.
 
Mounting instruction:
The switch is preferably mounted with the diaphragm in a vertical plane , unless the device is set or calibrated for horizontal mounting as on special customer models. On these models the mountingposition is indicated on the side of the control .It may be fastened directly to the duct,heater or panel as long as the mounting surface has minimal or no vibration .Pressure connections are marked +(high pressure ) and - (low or static pressure) .For more informaton, please read the diagram on the side of the control.
 
Note:
To drill a hole through the plastic tube or pipe before installation, and also mount part of L-bracket on the spot(Standard setting).
 
Accessory consists of:
(Φ6.2mm1.8m) plastic tubes,
1 L-bracket, 3srews, 2 pressure-adapted tubes.
 
Caution:
+ The Pressure Switch should be mounted vertically which can prevent affecting on precision from inner atmosphere film weight.
+ To prevent electrical shock or damage to equipment , when the cover is removed ,ensure the power supply is switched off.
+ Complete wiring and check the connections before applying power . Incorrectwiring may cause permanent damage to the unit.
 
Wiring (Screw terminal):
If the actual pressure is below dial setting, 1-2closed, while if the actual pressure is over dial setting, 1-3 closed.
 
 
 
System check:
After proper installation and adjustment of the control ,the system should be checked by running at least one full cycle of the equipment .If anything appears to operate incorrectly , the wiring and components should be rechecked.
 
Repair and replacement:
Repair is not possible .In case of a defective or improperly functioning control ,please check with your nearest supplier . when contacting the supplier for a replacement ,you should state the type /model number of the control .this number can be found on the side of the control.

The air differential pressure value can be set according to adjusting the knob, no need to connect the pressure meter. Return difference controlling achieve by adjusting the " -" screw.
The differential pressure value indicating the vertical installing, when horizontal installing, the true value is higher 20Pa than the setting value
